Workshop Description: We are honored to invite the highly experienced Chinese teacher and presenter Ms. Jin Chen to present:
At this conference, Jin will introduce multimodal knowledge representations with collaborative intelligence and differentiated learning based on Dr. Kalantzis and Dr. Cope’s Multiliteracies pedagogy, sharing “learning by design” activities that cultivate our new Generation Z students to master the Chinese language, cross-cultural communication skills and competencies that are required for Industry 4.0. The significance of this conference is to help teachers to understand the prime focus of pedagogy is not just delivering content, but also how we cultivate our students to become active knowledge makers rather than knowledge consumers; how we help them to get ready to take on the challenges of the unpredictable future world.
Please see attached workshop flyer or click here for more details. Please contact me or the Workshop Coordinator, Ms. Jingran Wan, for any questions, via wanji@bsd405.org.
